On Saturday afternoon, after tasting the bottle in the municipal pavilion of Calabagueiros and in the six restaurants that offer it as a menu in the town, it will be time to digest it to the beat of music. Six groups known as “tavern singers” will perform in 12 Barco bars to set up a party. Last year was a very well-received event and this experience will be repeated with the performance of groups from Barco, Trives, A Pobra de Brollón and Quiroga. The performances will start from 7 in the afternoon and will arrive until 22:30 at night.

The places participating in this festival are: San Mauro, Agarimo, Pizzería O Barco, O Buraco, Veira Sil, Al Natural, Trece Catorce, La Pampa, A Cova, La Fábrica, Divino Paseo and Vinum.

These groups will also accompany the procession of the bottle at noon, once the proclamation is over, from the Lauro Olmo Theater to the Calabagueiros pavilion. They will eat there and be in charge of enlivening the dessert with their songs.
