Hotel Finisterre hosts this coming Saturday, February 3, the IX Botelo Festival in A Coruña. In this central hotel establishment, the meal will be held, in which there is capacity for 250 people, preceded by a Wine Tunnel directed by winemaker Paadin and in which the 18 wineries that make up the Valdeorras Wine Route will participate.

The activities will begin at 1:00 pm with the Wine Tunnel, where participants in the meal – at a cost of 50 euros per person – will be able to taste the wines of the 18 wineries of the Wine Route Association, which collaborates in this activity. The menu will consist of maravallas empanada, cocido soup, botelo with chorizos, cabbage and cachelos. As a dessert, there will be bica. Both the wines and spirits that will be served are under the Valdeorras Denomination of Origin.
