A total of 15 hospitality establishments participate in the 3rd Gastronomic Days of Botelo and Cocido Valdeorrés, which will be held at the Barco over the next two weekends (January 20, 21, 27 and 28), coinciding with the XXII Botelo Festival.
Most restaurants offer two different menus – the botelo and the cooked – with different prices, ranging between 16 and 35 euros, depending on the case. Participating establishments include not only restaurants, but also takeaway food specialists. The idea is that no one is left without being able to taste the bottle and the Valdeorrés stew.
