More than 250 diners are already tasting the botelos of this third edition of the Festa do Botelo in the city of A Coruña. The Mirador de San Pedro restaurant has been filled with followers of the king of the Valdeorres winter sausage.

After the stew soup and the “maravallas” empanada, it was time for Don Botelo accompanied as always by the “cachelos” and vegetables. The wines present in this edition are the godellos from Godeval and D’Berna and the red from the Cooperativa Xesús Nazareno. The meal will continue with desserts based on bica and “torta de roxóns” and with music for the end of the party.
