On the 23rd, the official date of the XVI Botelo no Barco Festival, six restaurants will offer visitors botelo on their menus. A menu that will be repeated the next day to complete the gastronomic weekend in the village. The goal is to have more options than the official food at the Calabagueiros pavilion on Saturday to taste this typical dish in the village, which is based on the stomach of the pig stuffed with marinated ribs and then smoked. The locations are part of the VI Ruta de Pinchos organized by the business associations O Barco Aberto and Aeva together with the Barco Council.

The restaurants: Piquiño, Agarimo, Al Natural, Casa Galaica, Restaurante Fernando III and Pazo do Castro will be the ones offering the menu on their cards. Those interested will have to make a reservation at the premises.
