The Botelo Festival is held on February 3 in A Coruña, March 2 in Vigo and March 9 in Madrid

The Botelo do Barco will arrive this year at the Galician Center and the Casa de Galicia in Madrid, where a series of activities will be held on March 8 and 9 to introduce this excellent gastronomic product to the capital of Spain. This is a first step to achieve the declaration of “Festival of National Tourist Interest”, for this celebration, which has reached its XXII edition in Barco. The other two already consolidated bottle parties (A Coruña and Vigo) will take place on February 3 at the Finisterre hotel in Coruña, and on March 2 at the Coia hotel in Vigo.

In the case of the events planned for Madrid, on Friday the 8th, an event will take place in the Galician Center to promote the bottle among restaurant professionals and specialized journalists. At this event, there will be a wine tunnel, with wines from the Valdeorras denomination of origin, and a tasting of different dishes made in the bottle. On Saturday the 9th, the popular lunch will take place at Casa de Galicia, which will have a capacity of between 110 and 120 people, which is considered sufficient for the first meeting in the Madrid capital.
