300 people enjoyed botelo at the VIII Botelo Festival in the village of Barco in A Coruña
In this edition of the Festival, which took place at the Hotel Finisterre, a little over 300 people participated, who tasted a menu composed of maravallas empanada, cocido soup, botelo with potatoes and cabbage and bica.
